Shubham Kumar is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business strategy and product management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager - Product & Strategy at Nikai Group of Companies since February 2024. Prior to this role, Shubham worked at Sobha Realty for over three years, initially as a Business Strategy Manager and previously as an Assistant Manager, where contributions included implementing data-driven strategies across various departments and launching successful technology-driven businesses. Shubham's experience spans roles in consultancy and internships with Tata Steel, FINBOTS AI Solutions, and Vedanta Resources, among others. Shubham holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar.
