Albert Alayón possesses extensive experience in product merchandising and management within renowned global companies. At Nike, from July 2018 to September 2022, Albert held several key positions including EMEA Senior Director for Product and Merchandising in Nike Digital Commerce for Men's Apparel and Footwear, EMEA X-Category Merchandising Director for Men’s Footwear, and EMEA Men's Footwear Buying Director for Nike.com and Nike Stores. Prior to Nike, Albert served as Commercial Director and Senior Buyer for ZARA Women's Footwear at Inditex, and held the position of Marketing Product Manager at L'Oréal S.A. Albert began the career as a Financial Risk Management Specialist with KPMG. Academically, Albert earned a Master in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from The Wharton School and also studied at Jönköping University.
