Andrew Choi

Andrew Choi is a strategic U.S.-qualified senior in-house counsel with over 15 years of global legal leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Greater China, and the U.S. They currently lead legal and employee relations strategy for Nike in Asia, managing high-stakes employee matters and partnering with HR and legal leadership. Previously, Andrew held senior legal roles at GfK, AIG, BT Group, SK Group, and LG Display, overseeing compliance, risk management, and employment law across multiple jurisdictions. They are also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributing insights on education and management. Andrew holds a certificate in DE&I Leadership from USC Marshall School of Business.
