Carolynn Lim is an experienced professional specializing in Employment Regulatory Compliance, Employment Tax, and Global Mobility. With a career spanning roles at International SOS, PricewaterhouseCoopers, BHP Billiton, and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Carolynn has managed expatriate tax functions, led global mobility initiatives, and ensured compliance across multiple regions. Currently serving as the HR Compliance Director for APAC & Greater China at Nike, Carolynn designs and implements HR compliance frameworks while overseeing regulatory obligations.
