Clayton Chambers is a Senior Director of Footwear Cushioning Innovation at Nike, bringing over 18 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing across the U.S. and Southeast Asia. They have led diverse teams in product strategy, development, and innovation while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. Prior to their current role, Clayton held various engineering and director positions at Nike, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and oversaw manufacturing improvements. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University in 2007.
