Elaine Barsoom

Elaine Barsoom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and technology innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Tech Innovation Partnerships & Strategy at Nike since February 2021, Elaine leads efforts in sourcing startups and emerging technologies to enhance digital transformation and accelerate AI solutions. Previously, Elaine held the position of VP of Growth & Strategic Partnerships at Zeel.com, where focus was on customer acquisition and subscription expansion. As Head of Business Development at Luxury Retreats, which was acquired by Airbnb, Elaine secured key partnerships that significantly enhanced brand equity. Earlier roles include being a Founding Partner at Eleven James and leading strategic ventures at American Express, further solidifying Elaine's expertise in driving revenue growth and digital transformation. Elaine holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master's degree in Development Economics from Columbia University.
