Erick Madrigal is the Vice President of Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Latin America at Nike, where they focus on talent development and business innovation. They held several leadership roles at Mondelēz International from 2012 to 2014, including HR Director for Global Chocolate and Manager of Human Resources at the Europe HQ. Prior to that, Erick worked in various HR capacities at Procter & Gamble from 2001 to 2005. They earned their MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Strathclyde and hold two degrees from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, including a licentiate degree in Business Administration and Finance. Outside of work, Erick enjoys coaching soccer and exploring Oregon's natural beauty with family.
