Golnaz Armin

Golnaz Armin is an experienced professional in the field of design and innovation, with a strong focus on color, materials, and sustainability. At Nike, Golnaz held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Color, Materials, Trend & Sustainability, Vice President of Footwear Material Innovation, and Senior Creative Design Director for Footwear Materials, from November 2020 to March 2024. Prior to Nike, Golnaz worked as a Color and Materials Designer at Ford Motor Company from January 2004 to December 2008. Educationally, Golnaz completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2019, and earned a degree from the College for Creative Studies from January 2001 to December 2004, where early career contributions included serving as a Textile Design Studio Assistant. Additionally, Golnaz provided tutoring in mathematics at Oakland Community College from January 2001 to December 2003.
