Jess Laird is a Senior Director of Women’s Sport Apparel Design at Nike with over 25 years of experience in the apparel industry. They have expertise in performance, sportswear, and action sports apparel, with a focus on a variety of categories including womenswear, menswear, juniors, kids, and accessories. Jess previously served in leadership roles at companies such as Fox Racing and Of The Earth, where they excelled in design direction and team management. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design from Oregon State University.
