Kacie Wise is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product insights and user experience research. Currently serving as the Lead, Product Insights at Nike since March 2022, Kacie previously held the position of Head Of Experience and UX Research at Lookback from September 2018 to March 2022, where Kacie focused on customer research for product development. Prior to Lookback, Kacie was a Senior UX Researcher at eBay, leading global research initiatives for mobile applications, and worked as a Strategist at Instrument, conducting user research and establishing testing practices. Early career roles included Marketing Manager at Good Eggs and Senior Program Manager at SYPartners, where Kacie contributed to strategic vision and brand experiences. Kacie holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Minor in Spanish from California State University San Marcos.
