Kamie Short

Kamie Short is an accomplished software engineer currently working at Nike in Retail Release Engineering with a focus on DevOps since July 2022. In addition, Kamie co-owns Project Forage LLC, which specializes in building, selling, and renting custom campervans. With over 15 years of service in the Oregon Army National Guard, Kamie holds the position of Deputy J1 (Personnel Officer) and has previously served in various leadership roles, including Company Commander and HR Manager for a battalion. Kamie's background also includes experience as a full-stack software engineer at Alchemy Code Lab, as well as operations management at Target. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Professional Software Development, a Master of Arts in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, and a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Leadership.
