Kelley Baek

Kelley Baek is a results-oriented professional with a decade of experience in materials innovation and chemical engineering, specializing in product life cycle stages, including research, manufacturing, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Materials Innovation at Nike, Kelley leads efforts in sustainable footwear materials, driving innovation within the enterprise. Previously, they have held roles in business development, quality control, and research across various organizations, including Prognosys LLC and Tetracore. Kelley earned an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and holds a BS in Biology from the University of Maryland.
