Lee Gladish has extensive experience in materials development within the sports and outdoor apparel industry. From June 2019 to July 2023, Lee served as the Lead Material Developer for Nike's Advanced Creation Global Sports Apparel, following roles as Senior Material Developer. Prior experience includes positions at Icebreaker as an Advanced Materials Developer, where responsibilities encompassed managing seasonal material developments and creating an extensive material library. At VF Corporation, Lee worked as a Materials Researcher focusing on innovative materials for the outdoor and action sports sectors. Earlier roles include Advanced Materials Researcher at The North Face and Customer Specialist at REI. Lee holds a Master's degree in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
