Lisa Lucchesi

Lisa Lucchesi is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering, research, and mental training for athletes. At Nike, from November 2014 to June 2017, Lisa served as Innovation Sr. Engineering Manager, focusing on developing sustainable manufacturing solutions, and earlier as a Product Test Engineer, conducting materials and mechanical testing for footwear products. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mental Accelerator from September 2019 to May 2021, Lisa assisted athletes in building mental resilience. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist at the Oregon Biomedical Engineering Institute, where innovative decontamination strategies were developed, and as Senior Research Associate at Oregon Medical Laser Center, co-inventing wound dressings that generated substantial revenue. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Physical Inorganic Chemistry from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sonoma State University.
