Lisa Lucchesi

Lisa Lucchesi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, research, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Innovation Sr. Engineering Manager at Nike since November 2014, Lisa focuses on developing scalable and sustainable manufacturing solutions through data-driven decisions. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Mental Accelerator, where efforts centered on mental training for athletes, and Research Scientist at Oregon Biomedical Engineering Institute, contributing to innovative strategies in wound care and collaboration on research projects. Lisa's earlier experience includes a Senior Research Associate role at Oregon Medical Laser Center, where notable achievements involved co-inventing chitosan-based wound dressings and leading regenerative medicine programs.
