Lisa Williams has extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. They began their career at Fidelity Investments, where they served as a Securities Licensed Trader and then advanced to Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt, leading cross-organization projects. Subsequently, they held various roles at Fidelity, including Director of Program Management and Client Service Manager. Since joining Nike in 2013, Lisa has progressed to Global Sr. Director, overseeing demand and supply management, while also leading initiatives to enhance the digital experience for global consumers. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration at Wheaton College and Nichols College, respectively.
