Mark Godfrey is an experienced professional with a strong background in Software Consulting and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Mark began their career at Simbus Technologies as an Associate Software Consultant, leading product improvements for multinational clients. Moving to ITC Infotech, Mark contributed to the development of a pioneering digital Procure to Pay process. At IBM, Mark held multiple roles, including Product Owner for RPA in Finance and Retail, leading global automation initiatives that significantly reduced processing times. Currently, as a Senior RPA Product Manager at Nike, Mark oversees a Process Innovation Centre of Excellence, delivering numerous RPA projects that have resulted in substantial time savings. Mark holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University and two Master's degrees in Computer Science from Christ University and St. Xavier's College.
