Maxine Liang

Maxine Liang is currently the Principal of People & Human Rights Deployment in the Responsible Supply Chain at Nike. They have held various roles at Nike, including HRM Deployment Director for Sustainability Manufacturing & Sourcing and Labor Capability Deployment Director, focusing on enhancing supplier talent management through gender equity and strategic initiatives. Maxine began their career at Nike in 2013, progressing from Labor Specialist in South China to Operations Manager and Senior Specialist roles, where they contributed to labor compliance and capability development programs. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Foreign Trade from Guangdong University of Technology and a Master's degree in HRM and Psychology from Jinan University.
