Meghan Bromert

Meghan Bromert has extensive experience in sustainable product excellence and operations, notably serving as Director of Sustainable Product Excellence at Nike from August 2018 to November 2022, where strategic planning and design were key components of the role. Prior positions at Nike included Sustainable Operations Director and Footwear Sustainability Director, focusing on sustainable design and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in her career, Meghan managed programs and community partnerships for the Girl Scouts of Oregon and SW Washington, and held roles in membership and program management at GSUSA. Meghan also worked as a Language Specialist at Swider Medeiros Haver LLP and as an English teacher for the Shenzhen Education Bureau. In education, Meghan holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Universidad de Chile and a Professional Certificate in Sustainability from MIT Professional Education.
