Mikaela Rivard

Mikaela Rivard currently serves as the Head Coach (Store Manager) at Nike since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mikaela held multiple positions at Onefluent Inc., including Director of Talent and Development and Senior Manager of Talent Management, from February 2023 to February 2024. Mikaela's extensive experience at Nike spans nearly a decade, starting as a Territory Recruiter in July 2013 and progressing through various managerial roles, including Assistant Manager, Store Manager Intern, and People Ops Manager. Mikaela holds a degree in Health Science with a minor in Business from Portland State University (2011-2015) and has furthered education at Cornell University in 2021.
