Nicole Narong

Nicole Narong possesses extensive experience in people analytics and human resources, currently serving as Principal, Analytics Integrator for People Analytics at Nike since January 2012. In this role, Nicole leads a team of reporting analysts to develop automated solutions for HR reporting, performance KPIs, and operational dashboards, supporting various functions such as HR Operations and Talent Acquisition. Prior to Nike, various positions in global talent acquisition at Nike, including Reporting & Insights Manager and Reporting Analyst, were held, along with recruitment roles at McCormick & Schmick's and TriMet. Nicole's academic background includes a degree from Portland State University.
