Nikole Hunt Harvey

Nikole Hunt Harvey is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with extensive experience at prominent companies in the athletic industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of TA Consumer x Marketplace at Nike since April 2021, Nikole previously held various leadership roles at adidas from December 2010 to April 2021, including Director of Global Purpose and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations. At adidas, responsibilities included managing resource allocation, strategic input, and daily operations, as well as overseeing a team and enhancing global hiring standards. Nikole holds an MS in School Counseling from the University of La Verne and a BA in Sociology from Hampton University.
