Paul Jones

Paul Jones is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in executive recruiting and leadership recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Executive Recruiting at Nike since November 2021, Paul is responsible for creating and executing executive search strategies to attract top leaders globally. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Director of Leadership Recruitment at MGM Resorts International from November 2015 to November 2021, where talent acquisition efforts supported a diverse entertainment brand. Paul's earlier experience includes serving as the Lead Recruiter at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from December 2013 to November 2015, focusing on high-profile destination properties. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Economics from the University of Plymouth and has studied International Business/Trade/Commerce through the Socrates Program at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
