Raffaella Barbey

Raffaella Barbey is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the apparel and footwear industry. Currently serving as the Senior Design Director for RNWY Apparel & Footwear at Nike since March 2021, Raffaella has previously held multiple leadership roles at adidas from December 2008 to February 2021, including Design Director for Ivy Park Apparel & Accessories and Apparel Design Director for Adidas Originals. Notable achievements include contributions to the Alexander Wang collaboration and various inline collections. Raffaella's career began in the fashion industry as an Assistant Apparel Designer at Jean Claude Jitrois and as a Creative Director Assistant at MAFIA Advertising Agency Paris. Raffaella holds a MA Degree in Fashion Design from CREAPOLE and a BTEC Diploma with merit from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, complemented by an IB Diploma from Campion School.
