Ricky Sharma is a strategic HR leader currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner for Global Nike Direct Digital. With a proven ability to build rapport across teams, Ricky has driven talent strategies and organizational effectiveness at Nike, where they have also held various management roles in HR and operations. Previously, Ricky managed membership sales and operations at AAA Oregon/Idaho and worked as a consultant in corporate travel.
