Shauncey Mashia

Shauncey Mashia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social impact, brand management, and marketing. Currently serving as the Global Social & Community Impact Leader at Nike since January 2015, Shauncey has established strategic frameworks for innovative investment priorities and implemented impactful grantmaking approaches. Previously, as the Global Community Brand Manager for Jordan Brand, Shauncey developed a long-term strategic vision for the Wings program, expanding it to over ten global cities. Earlier roles include Marketing Director and Business Development Manager at MasTec Network Solutions, where Shauncey spearheaded marketing strategies and managed significant project bids. Shauncey also has a background in legal affairs and education, previously working as a Legal Assistant at The Mathis Law Firm and an educator at Dar un Noor Academy. Shauncey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spelman College, earned in 2006.
