Shayne Tan

Shayne Tan is a purpose-driven Strategy Deployment & Process Manager with a focus on sustainability, management, and strategic planning. With a background in engineering and extensive experience in consulting and project management, Shayne has worked in various roles, including as an Oil and Gas Process Engineer at DNV GL and an International Relations Senior Executive for the National Environment Agency. Currently, Shayne teaches and coaches, dedicating over a decade to mentoring students aged 12-17, while also holding key positions at Nike to drive responsible supply chain initiatives. Shayne is passionate about education and believes in the transformative power of learning and development.
