Stefan Roelfsema

Stefan Roelfsema is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Operations Capability Director for EMEA at Nike since August 2016. With a comprehensive background in supply chain operations, Stefan has held various leadership roles within Nike, including EMEA Supply Chain Capability Development Director and North America Digital Supply Chain Director. Prior experience includes Sales Operations Director at VF Corporation - Timberland and several positions at Nike EMEA, where responsibilities ranged from managing extensive teams to improving order-to-deliver processes across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles at IG&H Management Consultants and Philips Medical Systems. Stefan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
