Vashti Usry

Vashti Usry currently serves as Nike ETW APLM Jordan Women’s Footwear at Insight Global since August 2023 and as a BeSocial Youth Engagement & Community Committee Member at The Whitaker Group since November 2022, focusing on local youth programs. As the Founder of Where The Ladies At?, Vashti connects female creatives to address female representation. Previous experience includes working at adidas in various roles such as Early Career Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Assistant Product Manager for Global Brands, along with a background in visual merchandising. Vashti started as a Footwear Design Student at PENSOLE Academy and has experience at retail and community organizations, including Target and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Certificate of Continuing Studies in Sneaker Essentials from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
