Wendy Xia

Wendy Xia is currently the Asia Benefits Manager in the Global Benefits COE at Nike, a role they have held since 2012. Prior to Nike, Wendy held various HR positions, including Asia Regional HR Operations Manager and North Asia Compensation & Benefits Advisor at Mercer from 2003 to 2007, and Assistant HR Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 2000 to 2002. Wendy began their career as an HR Officer at Four Seasons Hotel in Shanghai from 1999 to 2000. They earned both a Master and Bachelor degree in International Politics from Fudan University, completing their studies in 1999.
