Aaron Gardner

Aaron Gardner possesses extensive experience in engineering and production, currently working at Nikira Labs since February 2022. Previously, Aaron served as a New Product Introduction Engineer at SA Photonics from May 2017 to February 2022 and spent 15 years as an R&D Engineer at Los Gatos Research, part of the ABB Group. Key competencies include mechanical and electrical design, prototyping, machining, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, optical alignment, system testing, and troubleshooting. Additionally, Aaron has expertise as an EH&S Officer, focusing on laser safety, OSHA regulations, electrical safety, and machine shop safety. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Manufacturing Systems from San Jose State University (2002-2006).
