Fumio Okamoto

Fumio Okamoto is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience at Nikkei Inc. Since January 2018, Fumio has served as Senior Producer at the Nikkei Innovation Lab, and from April 2016, has held the role of Senior Content Producer in the Digital Media Bureau. Fumio's career at Nikkei also includes a position as Silicon Valley Bureau Chief from March 2000 to August 2003. Fumio holds a Master of Arts in Print Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University, earned between 1988 and 1989.
