Michael Opitz

Michael Opitz is an experienced engineering professional specializing in electrical systems and automotive technology. From February 2020 to September 2024, Michael worked as a Projektingenieur at Nikolaus Sorg GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on electrical supplementary heating systems for glass melting furnaces. Prior to that, from February 2009 to February 2020, Michael held roles at Brose Group as an EMV Prüfingenieur, conducting electromagnetic compatibility testing and DAkkS accreditation, and as a Technischer Ingenieur in automotive testing. Michael earned a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt between 2001 and 2005.
