Adrian Gooding is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in unified communications and IT management. Currently serving as a Senior Unified Communications Engineer at NikSoft Systems Corporation since January 2023, Adrian provides critical support for the United States Postal Service in the planning and implementation of communications platforms, including MS Teams and MS Exchange. Prior to this, Adrian was an Enterprise Unified Communications Engineer at Pyxus International, Inc., contributing to the management of essential communication services. Adrian also served as the first IT Manager at Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc., where responsibilities included network design, telecommunications, and establishing IT processes. Previous roles include systems engineering at WebPoint IT Solutions and Information Systems Technician positions at healthcare facilities, complemented by military experience as a Technical Engineer in the US Army. Adrian holds a Master's Degree in Network Technology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
