Katie French

Katie French has extensive experience in operations and documentation, currently working at NikSoft Systems Corporation since February 2014 in an operations role that includes creating procedures, assisting with process and document reviews, and managing tickets and work orders. Previous experience includes serving as a System Engineer at KSJ & Associates, a Senior Technical Writer at n-tieractive, and a Process Re-Engineering Specialist at Sprint Nextel, where responsibilities also centered around developing internal documentation. Additionally, Katie has been an active volunteer with Team Wench, serving as President from 2007 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Strayer University and an Associate of Science in CIS - Microcomputer Usage from Northern Virginia Community College.
