Kiran Kongala

Kiran Kongala is an accomplished Software Engineering Manager at NikSoft Systems Corporation since September 2022. Previously, Kiran served as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Capital One from May 2020 to August 2022 and held the position of Senior Lead Software Engineer at UMass Medical School from September 2006 to April 2020. Kiran earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completing the degree in May 2022, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.
