Agnieszka Telecka has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Agnieszka started their career as a Visiting Researcher at the New Jersey Center for Biomaterials, where they focused on the fabrication and characterization of composite materials for bone replacements. Agnieszka then worked as a Visiting Researcher at Hokkaido University, where they conducted research on the synthesis and characterization of biodegradable polyesters.
After that, Agnieszka joined Charles University in Prague as a Researcher in the field of Nanotechnology. Agnieszka'sresearch project involved the encapsulation of polyelectrolytes in aqueous solutions for use as drug carriers. Agnieszka successfully obtained a grant from the Grant Agency of Charles University for their work.
Following their time at Charles University, Agnieszka worked at Drukpolflexo as the Manager of the Quality Control Laboratory. Agnieszka was responsible for managing quality control procedures, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Agnieszka then pursued a PhD at the Technical University of Denmark, where they focused on surface modification and functional materials generation. Agnieszka'sresearch involved micro/nanostructuring and post-treatments to manipulate the wettability properties of surfaces. Agnieszka also supervised younger colleagues in their research projects.
After completing their PhD, Agnieszka joined Microsoft as a Fabrication Engineer, where they were involved in the fabrication and engineering of materials. Agnieszka later transitioned to NIL Technology, initially as a Project Manager and then as a Senior Project Manager.
Agnieszka Telecka completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2014 to 2017, they attended DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Micro and Nanotechnology. Prior to that, they studied at AGH University of Krakow from 2007 to 2012, earning a Master's degree in Biomaterials and Composites.
In addition to their formal education, Agnieszka Telecka has also acquired various certifications. These include a Verified Certificate for Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management from the University System of Maryland, obtained in January 2021. Agnieszka also obtained certifications in Lean Production, Six Sigma (Analyse, Improve, Control; Define and Measure), and TUM Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Technical University of Munich in July 2020.
