Eric Ryu

Eric Ryu is an Associate Attorney at Nilan Johnson Lewis PA, specializing in corporate immigration since October 2022. Previously, Eric was a COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence Graduate Intern at the University of Minnesota, where efforts focused on increasing vaccine confidence within correctional facilities. Eric's experience also includes roles as a Research Intern for The Committee for Human Rights in North Korea, Immigration Attorney at the Law Office of Robert B. Jobe, and Robina Post-Graduate Fellow at The Advocates for Human Rights, where representation of detained clients occurred. Eric has a background in immigration law education from the University of Minnesota Law School and has held various internships, including positions at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, Texas Attorney General, and Travis County District Attorney's Office. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Human Rights from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
