Hatem Dogheish has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. Hatem started their career as a Commercial Pilot and obtained an Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine Rating while working for Monarch Air from June 1997 to February 1998. Hatem then joined Lotus Air in September 1999 and flew as a Captain on the A320 since 2005, where he remained until March 2011. Hatem then worked at Air Memphis as a Captain A320 from May 2011 to February 2012. Following that, he joined Air Arabia as a Captain A320, Flight Safety Officer, and Safety Manager from April 2012 to April 2015. Currently, Hatem is employed at Nile Air as a Captain A320-A321 and the Operations Safety and Quality Manager, a position he have held since May 2015.

Hatem Dogheish completed his high school education at various institutions. Hatem attended Volksschule Südstadt from 1983 to 1989, DE-O Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule from 1989 to 1992, and Sankt Petri Schule from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, they obtained a high school diploma from Riverside Military Academy GA, USA. In addition to his formal education, Hatem Dogheish holds certifications in the field of aviation. Hatem has obtained the Airline Transport Pilot certification from the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation and the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). Hatem has also obtained a CPL - Commercial Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
