Ayman Salem

Ayman Salem serves as the CEO of Nile Radio Productions since January 2010, leading a holding company that encompasses top entities in radio, media, music, and television, successfully transforming it into a prominent network in the industry. Prior to this role, Ayman was the Regional Director for Egypt and North Africa at Orbit from June 2003 to December 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing regional operations, a contact center, and retail activities while reporting to the head office in Bahrain. Ayman's career began at Procter & Gamble as a Sales Representative, followed by positions at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as Chief of Rubber Department, and as Brand Manager at Nestlé. From May 1994 to June 2003, Ayman acted as Egypt Business Country Manager for Eastman Kodak, managing consumer imaging products and retail. Ayman holds an MBA in Business Marketing from City University Washington and a BA in Arts with a focus on Economics from The American University in Cairo.
