Alexa Haynes

Alexa Haynes is a Principal Design Researcher at Nile. Alexa has over ten years of experience in the user experience and service design field. Alexa has worked with a variety of clients in different sectors on projects ranging from usability assessment to process, concept and strategic development. Alexa is also a certified usability analyst and has conducted large scale usability studies all over the UK.

Alexa Haynes has a PhD in Usability Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, and a BS.c Hons in Psychology from University of Glasgow. Alexa also attended St Margaret's School.

Their manager is Sarah Ronald, Founder. They are on a team with Louise Muschet - Senior Service Designer, Joe Parker - Service Designer, and Luke McKinney - Design Strategist & Client Partner.
