Idalis French

Idalis French is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist currently working at Niles Township District for Special Education since August 2022. Prior roles include serving as a Graduate Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and multiple positions as a Graduate Student Clinician at UI Health, Eastlawn Elementary School, Sarah Bush Lincoln, and Stephen's Family YMCA, where responsibilities included planning and leading treatment sessions and providing evaluations for speech and language disorders. Idalis earned a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University. Additionally, Idalis has experience in mentoring and community service through various programs aimed at promoting health, empowerment, and education.
