Arijit Bhattacharyya

Arijit Bhattacharyya is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering leadership. Presently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Nile since October 2024, Arijit previously held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Ruckus Networks, where responsibilities included directing the Ruckus SmartEdge Development with a team of 50 engineers from 2022 to 2024. Prior to Ruckus, Arijit was a Director of Software Engineering at Brocade, overseeing key projects related to Ethernet switching and routing technologies, and held several engineering roles at Foundry Networks, Cisco, Nortel, and Hughes Software Systems. Arijit has a strong educational background, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from Caltech and advanced degrees in Electronics and Control from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and Nagpur University.
