Lilla Szegedi

Lilla Szegedi is a talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA at Nilfisk since July 2022, previously holding roles as a Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist for Europe. Prior experience includes positions at Profession.hu, where Lilla worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Sourcing Specialist from September 2019 to July 2022. Lilla's career commenced at EU-RENT SOLUTION LTD. as a Human Resources Assistant from April 2017 to July 2019, and included a brief tenure as a Human Resources Assistant at TAKÉPSZOLG LTD. and as a Junior HR Manager at EUROPEAN FINANCIAL AND COSMETIC GROUP LTD. Lilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Debrecen, a Bachelor's degree in Business and HR Management from Budapest University of Economics and Business, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labour Law at the University of Pécs. Additional training includes completion of Sourcing Masterclasses in 2020 and 2022.
