Morten Munck has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. Morten started their career as a Commercial Intern at the Embassy of the United States, Department of Commerce, where they assisted American companies interested in entering the Danish market. Morten then joined FLSmidth as a Purchaser, responsible for project purchasing and formulating strategic sourcing strategies. Morten later became the Purchasing Manager, overseeing global purchasing activities for major spare parts customers in Africa.

In 2013, Morten Munck joined Copenhagen Business School as a CBS Teaching Assistant and Examiner for the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration program, specifically in the field of Supply Chain Management. Morten provided instructional support and evaluated students' work in this elective course.

Since 2014, Morten Munck has been working at Nilfisk, starting as a Sales and Operations Manager. Morten then progressed to become the Director of Global Forecasting and S&OP, responsible for developing and overseeing the company's forecasting and sales and operations planning process globally. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Global S&OP, SCM Insights and Development, where they utilize their expertise to drive strategic and operational improvements in the supply chain.

Finally, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in SCM, Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2010-2012.
