Oscar de la Tejera Ruiz

Oscar De La Tejera Ruiz currently serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader at Nilfisk since April 2021, following a role as Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing Process Planner at Brose Group from June 2017 to April 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Johnson Matthey from September 2015 to June 2017 and participating in a Rotational Program at the same company, focusing on production and process improvements in both Mexico and the United States. Oscar also held a position as a QM & Regulatory Affairs Intern at PAUL HARTMANN AG in 2014 and an Innovation Intern at Dynasol Elastomers in 2012.
