Principal Engineer - Sound & Cleaning Technology at Nilfisk

Peter Noehr Larsen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peter Noehr started their career as an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark in 1991. Peter Noehr then moved on to work as an R&D Engineer at Nilfisk from 1994 to 1999. After that, they joined NKT Research as a Research Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Peter Noehr returned to Nilfisk in 2001 and held various positions including Technology Manager for Noise Control & Patent Manager until 2014. Currently, they work at Nilfisk as a Principal Engineer, specializing in Sound & Cleaning Technology. Peter Noehr focuses on designing cleaning machines with high cleaning performance and low energy consumption.

Peter Noehr Larsen attended Vordingborg Gymnasium from 1971 to 1974, where they studied Mathematics and Physics and earned their high school diploma. Peter Noehr then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Engineering Physics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, graduating in 1979. Following this, they continued their studies at DTU and obtained a Ph.D. in Flow generated noise in 1984.
