Sylvia Pascaline

Sylvia Pascaline has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Sylvia is currently working as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Nilfisk, where they are responsible for driving innovation and bringing new ideas to life. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Nilfisk. Before joining Nilfisk, Sylvia worked as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at S. Pascaline Consulting, where they collaborated with Mirakl to find talent in Europe and the UK. Sylvia also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist at Almirall, managing recruitment processes and developing recruiting strategies in dermatology and aesthetics. Sylvia has also worked at Zurich Insurance Group Ltd as a Talent and Development Specialist, coordinating national selection processes and managing talent acquisition activities. Additionally, they have experience as an HR Corporate Recruitment Specialist at Almirall, managing recruitment processes and supporting various recruitment and development projects. Sylvia has also worked as an International Recruitment Manager and Consultant at Talent Search People, where they managed international recruitment activities. Sylvia began their career as a Level 1 Helpdesk Agent at Computacenter and gained experience as an HR Manager Assistant at IKEA through an internship.

Sylvia Pascaline pursued their education at various institutions. Sylvia obtained their Master's degree in HR Management from ESERP Business & Law School in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from TBS Education in 2008. Sylvia also holds another Bachelor's degree in Arts, French Language, Culture, and Literature, which they earned from Aarhus University in 2005. Sylvia's education journey began with their A-levels at Aalborg Katedralskole, where they majored in languages from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career to enhance their skills and knowledge in fields such as leadership, recruitment, assessment, and systems.
