Rodrigo Baer

Rodrigo Baer is a prominent figure in the venture capital landscape, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Upload Ventures since April 2021. Baer has held various board positions, including Board Member for Neivor, Tipspace, WORC, Digibee, and Minutrade, as well as Board Observer for Nilo Saúde. In addition to these roles, Baer is a Fellow in Class 30 at Kauffman Fellows and a Board Member for Emerging Venture Capital Fellows. Previously, Baer was the Managing Partner - Early Stage at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where leadership focused on the early-stage strategy for the LatAm Fund. Baer holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Management, and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, along with a BBA in Management and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a BBA from Prague University of Economics and Business.
