Victor Marcondes

Victor Marcondes has a diverse work experience. Victor is the Founder of Nilo since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Investor & Entrepreneur in Residence at MAYA CAPITAL from June 2019 to January 2020. Victor also served as a Private Equity Summer Associate at GP Investments from June 2018 to August 2018. Before that, Victor was the Co-Founder, CMO, Sales & Product Development at Cosmedical - Especialista em tratamento seguro from January 2016 to January 2018. To kickstart their career, they worked as a Consultant at Booz & Company (Currently Strategy&), specializing in strategy consulting from January 2013 to January 2016.

Victor Marcondes attended the Harvard Business School, where they graduated in 2019 with an MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2007 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Produção na Escola Politécnica da USP. Victor also completed a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at the Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2010 to 2012.
