Roger Bess

Roger Bess has a diverse work experience in the construction and design industry. Roger started their career at Suncor Development in 2003 as a Project Manager and later moved to Village Communities in 2005, where they continued their role as a Project Manager until 2007. Roger then joined McArthur Homes as a Purchasing Manager from 2007 to 2013, before becoming the VP of Pre-Construction at Nilson Homes in 2013. In 2012, they also ventured into entrepreneurship, starting their own company called Loft 9 Design, where they served as the Owner and Architectural Designer until 2019.
